Fitness Center

Stick to your wellness routine on the road. Fairmont Orchid’s 1,700-square foot Fitness Center is open to registered resort guests (18+) with guest room key access. The facility features Technogym equipment, treadmills, recumbent and upright bikes and element strengthening equipment. Personal training is also available.

Aqua Aerobics 50 Minutes

A fun upbeat workout designed to improve flexibility, strength, muscle fitness, and cardiovascular endurance while utilizing the resistance of the water. This class is a low– impact total body workout in shallow water. Class meets at the pool.
