Stick to your wellness routine on the road. Fairmont Orchid’s 1,700-square foot Fitness Center is open to registered resort guests (18+) with guest room key access. The facility features Technogym equipment, treadmills, recumbent and upright bikes and element strengthening equipment.

Ages 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult. All fitness classes are scheduled to be held outdoors based on availability of staff and weather conditions. 15 guests maximum per class.
Activities must be canceled by 10:00 am HST on the day before your reservation date to avoid no-show fees.
A fun upbeat workout designed to improve flexibility, strength, muscle fitness, and cardiovascular endurance while utilizing the resistance of the water. This class is a low– impact total body workout in shallow water. Class meets at the pool.
Utilizing the resistance of the water, improve flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular endurance, enjoy a fun, unique total-body workout in the shallow water of Pauoa Bay. Class includes cardio, strength, abdominals, legs and a floating or beach meditation. Our instructor will adapt the workout to your ability and skill level.
