Hale Kai

Hale Kai is entering an exciting new chapter at Fairmont Orchid. From now through December 2026, as the new Hale Kai takes shape, the resort will bring its signature island-inspired dining spirit to fresh settings across the property.

Hale Kai’s lunch service will be served at Brown’s Beach House, while a new pop-up pool bar, the Kona Bar, will bring refreshing beverages and casual bites poolside.

The culinary adventure continues throughout the season with a rotating lineup of food and beverage pop-ups and special events. Guests can look forward to everything from an Italian Osteria and Spanish-style Tapas to a Taste of Southeast Asia, with more experiences to come.

It’s a season of change at Fairmont Orchid, with new flavors to discover, new places to gather and a completely reimagined Hale Kai on the horizon.
