At the Spa Without Walls, we offer a range of daily fitness classes and activities to invigorate body, mind and soul.
Private and small group classes can be arranged with one or more of our talented instructors and can be customized to meet your specific needs.
FLOATING YOGA | 50 MINUTES
Practiced on an anchored stand up paddle board, Flo-yo connects the mind, body and breath: building strength through balance and resistance. Participants must be able to carry a paddle board from the beach to the lagoon. Group Class. 6 guest maximum.
SEASIDE YOGA – ALL LEVELS | 50 MINUTES
Explore yoga alignment, breathing, and heightened self-awareness through a full range of poses. Great for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Group Class. 10 guest maximum.
BEACH BOOTCAMP | 50 MINUTES
A bodyweight workout on the lawn or sand combining plyometric, strength and aerobic moves for a whole body, calorie-burning workout. Group Class

PRIVATE 1.5 HOUR COACHING SESSIONS |
Your coaching session will include a complete wellness questionnaire as a key element in your wellness planning process. Your vacation wellness map enables you to create a week or a day of treatments, classes and other wellness experiences during your stay.
BRING IT ALL BACK HOME | Developing a strategy to implement your new ideas and plan at home is an important part of your wellness map. Before you leave, you will begin to evaluate your home and work environments to identify potential support and explore what resources may be available to help you.
