At the Spa Without Walls, we offer a range of fitness classes and activities to invigorate body, mind and soul.

Private and small group classes can be arranged with one or more of our talented instructors and can be customized to meet your specific needs.

SEASIDE YOGA – ALL LEVELS | 50 MINUTES
Explore yoga alignment, breathing, and heightened self-awareness through a full range of poses. Great for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Group Class. 15 guest maximum. Complimentary Seaside Yoga classes available on select days. See spa for more information.

SUNSET YOGA – ALL LEVELS | 50 MINUTES
Reset your body, calm your mind and prepare for a harmonious evening. This class is designed for all levels and will focus on taking your own pace in guided breathing, stretching and body awareness. MAT PILATES/YOGA FLOW – ALL LEVELS | 50 MINUTES
Explore this type of exercise inspired by yoga and Pilates. It combines mind and body awareness, strength, stamina, flexibility and balance, and incorporates mat Pilates techniques to improve posture and create a strong, stable foundation for movement. Great for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Group Class. 15 guest maximum. Complimentary Mat Pilates classes available on select days. See spa for more information.

WALK/RUN — ALL LEVELS | 50 MINUTES
Get your day started with an early morning walk/ run around property. This guided exercise is based on your individual fitness levels. Group class.

BOOTCAMP— ALL LEVELS | 50 MINUTES
Looking to get your heart rate up? Work through a variety of exercises at your own pace. This fun workout will burn some calories as well as increase your stamina. Group class.

AQUA AEROBICS— ALL LEVELS | 50 MINUTES
A low– impact total body workout in shallow water. A fun upbeat class that is designed to improve flexibility, strength, muscle fitness, and cardiovascular endurance while utilizing the resistance of the water.

Your coaching session will include a complete wellness questionnaire as a key element in your wellness planning process. Your vacation wellness map enables you to create a week or a day of treatments, classes and other wellness experiences during your stay.
