Makahiki Feast

This Makahiki season, join us at Fairmont Orchid for a celebration of abundance and renewal. Hosted by our Director of Hawaiian Culture, Kaʻiulani Blankenfeld and Chef Maika’i Coelho, the evening features a Hawaiian feast crafted from fresh, locally sourced ingredients that honor the traditions of the ‘āina (land) and ocean.
