Mat Pilates / Yoga flow
Improve your posture and create a strong, stable foundation for movement as you experience a workout that is inspired by yoga and Pilates. This session will combine mind and body awareness, strength, stamina, flexibility and balance, with mat Pilates techniques.
Class meets at the spa 10 minutes prior to start time.
